FAIR USE POLICY
We’re a small, independent business, not a big warehouse with endless stock. Most of our pieces are limited and sometimes one-offs, so returns hit a bit different for us.
We totally get that online shopping isn’t perfect and sometimes things just don’t work out, that’s normal. This policy is just here to make sure our returns system works smoothly for everyone.
Keeping Things Fair
We do keep an eye on return patterns (nothing scary, just keeping things in check).
If someone’s returning items a lot or in really high volumes, we may:
- Add a small handling fee to future returns
- Reviewing return eligibility on future orders
- In some cases, review/restrict the account
The goal isn’t to punish anyone, we just want to make sure our limited stock doesn’t get used up in ways that stop other people from enjoying it.
Faulty or Incorrect Items Received
If we make a slight hiccup or something arrives faulty, that’s on us, not you.
Returns for genuine faults or incorrect items will never count against you. Just reach out to the team, send a pic if you can, and we’ll sort it. Whether it’s a stitching problem, a wrong size sent, or a completely wrong item, we’ll make it right.
We want you to feel confident shopping with us, if it’s our mistake, we’ve got you.
Bonus Store Credit
Returning for store credit? We’ll throw in a little extra on top
Only thing is, if a gift card was used on the order, the bonus doesn’t apply. You’ll still get your credit back as normal, just without the top-up.
Suspicious or Unusual Activity
Sometimes patterns pop up that make us go “hmm…”, like:
- Ordering loads of items at once and returning most, or all of them
- Patterns that suggest items have been worn and sent back
- Repeated returns that don’t line up with our returns policy
If something seems off, we may refuse returns, apply a handling fee, or take further action on the account.
Why This Matters
We’re smaller than the big retailers, so every return actually counts. Keeping things balanced means more people get a chance, and we can keep dropping styles you’ll actually want to grab.
Condition of Returns
All items should come back in their original condition: unworn, unwashed, and with original tags attached.
If items don’t meet this standard, we might not be able to accept the return. It’s just to make sure the next person gets a piece that’s perfect.

No Stress, Just Balance
Most people will never be affected by this. Normal, occasional returns are completely fine, this is just here to stop our returns being taken advantage of.
